Reset, Reset, Reset!!! 10 Creator Thoughts to Help You Reset!<\/p>\n<p>2022 isn\u2019t starting out quite like I imagined or planned!\u00a0 Reset time!\u00a0 So many things are up in the air.\u00a0 Literally like flying for example.\u00a0 I fly almost every week for work.\u00a0 I can tell you that it has been a challenging task.\u00a0 Lack of plane and or crew or nasty weather often leads to a delayed or canceled flight.\u00a0 Once I arrive there is the potential of attendance concerns due to the pandemic.\u00a0 It often feels like playing Russian Roulette.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/nwOUV9fllf8\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Many of my clients are struggling as well with staffing shortages and last-minute patient cancels or fails due to illness.\u00a0 Everyday is a new challenge.\u00a0 Maybe you find yourself in the same boat.<\/p>\n<p>We have two choices. We can reset by taking on the current situation and making the best of it.\u00a0 Or we can get angry, worry, and judge what should or shoudn\u2019t have happened.\u00a0 Some of us live in a state of fear and judgement of \u201cwhat if\u201d waiting for the next shoe to drop.<\/p>\n<p>We become the creator of our world when we take on the challenges.\u00a0 We become the victim of our world when we stew and worry.\u00a0 Creators are constantly resetting!\u00a0 Something unplanned or uncertain will happen.\u00a0 Stop the spinning out of control thoughts of this should or shouldn\u2019t have happened.\u00a0 Instead change your internal dialogue with a reset transition thought.\u00a0 So, this happened\u2026now what is the next step I want to take?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Triage the situation with your team or if alone by yourself.<\/li>\n<li>Identify what needs to get done, what can be let go.<\/li>\n<li>Who else can assist?<\/li>\n<li>What resources can I utilize?<\/li>\n<li>Then do your best.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Life will continue to be filled with unplanned stuff! Here are 10 creator thoughts to help you reset.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Start your day on a positive note. Plan how you want to feel today and not what has to happen today to make it a good day.<\/li>\n<li>People will come and go in our life. Some relationships are only meant to last a certain amount of time.<\/li>\n<li>People\u2019s actions and reactions are often heightened with all the uncertainty. Don\u2019t take things personally.<\/li>\n<li>Challenges force us to grow. Look for the learning opportunity in every obstacle.<\/li>\n<li>Sit, stop, and become still. Breathe deep and become calm.\u00a0 How we feel inside will change how we feel about what\u2019s happening on the outside.<\/li>\n<li>Our energy is contagious. Be mindful of the energy we radiate.<\/li>\n<li>Be proactive instead of reactive. Take the necessary steps to set up to succeed.<\/li>\n<li>Treat people based on the person you want to be. Don\u2019t let negative behavior of others drive your actions.<\/li>\n<li>Have hope for the future. This too shall pass.<\/li>\n<li>End your day in gratitude.
